If you are having any issues using DataRails or experiencing problems logging in, there is a chance there are network connectivity issues, preventing a successful connection to our servers.
To diagnose connection problems, go to the DataRails setting menu by following one of these two options:
1. From the Homepage, click on your username on the top-right corner and select Settings.
2. On the icon tray, right-click on the DataRails icon and select Open Settings.
In the Settings menu, click Diagnostics to start the connection test:
If everything is OK with your connection to DataRails, the prompt report will state all links and ports are reachable. If you are still experiencing some issues, please contact us at email@example.com.
If anything blocks your communication with DataRails, the errors will be shown in the connection report. In such case, please contact your IT/System Administrator for further guidance.
