Sometimes you will want to lock a Folder, a Filebox or a Collections Process to prevent any additional changes being made to the contents of it (additional versions).
Locking is mainly used for version control and tracking processes for a specific time frame.
Move the cursor over the Folder, Filebox or Collection Process that you want to lock and click on the 3 dots icon on the right. A drop-down menu with the available actions should appear. Choosing “Lock” will disable the capability of submitting any new versions to the Filebox. Locking a Collection Process will lock all of the Fileboxes for that process while Locking a Folder will lock all of the Fileboxes saved in that folder.
To unlock the Folder/Filebox/Collection Process simply repeat the process and choose "Unlock".
